Dear friends,
The corona virus is still spreading around the world
and in some locations, we are still required to shelter in place to some degree,
wear masks when going outside for essentials,
and many of us are experiencing challenges we have never encountered before.

and the levels of stress and anxiety rise.
In order for us and for our family to stay healthy,
It is very important that we keep calm,
and strengthen our immune system.
I would like to share with you a guided meditation I wrote and recorded for relaxation and for mental boost of your immune system.
