Who Am I

Hi, my name is Michal (Michelle) Guelfand.

I see my work as a life mission to help individuals and groups be inspired and empowered by…themselves; to create profound breakthroughs, and achieve their desired outcome in any life aspect, whether professional. personal or health and well-being.

As I worked in the high-tech industry for over 14 years, I can very much relate to the logic, processes and structure of the tools I work with (Mostly Neuro-Linguistic Programming, along other tools). As a human being I also believe in the mind-body-spirit connection, and excited to be able to offer a holistic approach that is proven with its results. 

I am humbled and excited to be there for my clients as I guide them to explore and find their internal resources, and watch them reach their goals and desired outcomes in various life areas, whether work-related, parenting, health and well-being, relations, and more. 

We all have the ability to tap into our mind and heart and achieve our needs and goals, transforming into our better selves.
