2021 is almost over. Welcome 2022!

Hi Love ones,
In my previous blog post I talked about: The Secret to Happiness, and that a state of Gratitude is the fastest route to achieving it.
2021 is almost over.
The pandemic is still around and we learn how to navigate, adjust, adapt and cope with creativity, compassion, and resilience.
Some of us are, including myself, still find it challenging in some ways, and in others, things are actually better.
As I mentioned in my post Bye bye 2020, welcome 2021! despite the fact that I thought I'm not doing enough, in retrospect I've learned that I did do things only differently, and actually had the opportunity to do things that I haven't considered doing before, like giving a presentation in an online conference or coaching online.
I also reminded myself to be more compassionate to myself for the plans that I had and didn't act upon. I had other important things to deal with that I prioritized, and that's ok.
Travel is more restricted and creates more challenges. Some of us have not seen relatives that are globally dispersed in a long time, and that may not be easy. I only met my aging parents in-person once in almost two years.
This pandemic is another reminder of the human spirit that is stronger than anything. I am sure that you have found creative ways to adapt and maybe even thrive in the new situation.
Let's welcome 2022 that is just around the corner.
I invite you to:
1. Cherish the moment. Life is too short for letting it pass with no meaning.
2. Fill your heart with hope, love, and joy from the abundance that's around you.
3. Embrace your gifts and shine your light from the inside out.
4. Focus on the things that are important to you.
5. Set an intent for your desired outcome; one that you have control over. Focus on it, and take some small daily actions and make your dreams come true.
Stay safe, and best wishes for new beginnings!

On this Independence Day, I wanted to take a moment to stress the importance of our personal independence on multiple levels, mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Independence is a powerful concept that extends beyond freedom from external constraints. It encompasses cultivating a sense of control, self-efficacy, and aligning our lives with our true passions.
