Let Go of the Past.
Forgive and be free.

It took me years to let go of the grudge I was holding against people I believed had wronged me.

But to be angry or hurt is simply to punish yourself for something that someone else did.

Think of the wasted energy that you’ve been putting for days, weeks, or even years towards a friend, a colleague, a boss, or maybe your parents, siblings, Ex, spouse, or children.

The key to a true understanding of forgiveness is realizing that forgiveness is really a gift that you give to yourself - not to someone else!

Forgiving does not mean forgetting. But once you agree to let go, you get a different experience and become stronger on the other side. Holding on to a grudge keeps you in a victimized mode, feeling that something has happened to you while you were left helpless.
Forgiving is taking ownership of the way you lead your life; it’s a conscious decision you choose to gift yourself.

The benefits of forgiveness are immense!
It’s good for your body, mind, and soul.

On the physical level, once you forgive –

-     your blood pressure may go down

-     you will experience less anxiety, signs of depression and less stress

-     your immune system will become stronger

-     You can improve your heart health

On the emotional level -

-     You will improve your self-esteem, feeling that you control your emotions instead of being controlled by them

-     You will improve your relationships either by letting go of the old ones and moving on, or by coming clean to an existing relationship

On the Mental level

-     You will have more mental capacity to focus on the things that are important to you and will be able to achieve your goals with more ease

It's time to put the past in the past and forgive those who have wronged you - even yourself if you need to.

Are you ready to let go?
